Hello friends!

Spring is here and, as we clean out our closets and transition our wardrobes, it’s a great time to refresh and revitalize our personal and professional goals, too.

We’re excited to once again offer our fifth “Executive Coaching Workshop for Women,” taking place on October 4 in Boston.  Ladies, if you’re looking to invest in yourself this year and hone your communication and leadership skills, we encourage you to learn more and reserve your seat today.  This event has been called a “game changer!”  We’d love to have you join us!

I love to collect quotes, and this one by Mark Twain is absolutely spot on!   “The right word may be effective, but no word was ever as effective as a rightly timed pause.  Learning how to use the power of the pause is one of the most powerful communication tools you can have when making a pitch, presentation or a speech.  When you pause, your remarks will be that much more impactful and engaging. So, don’t be afraid of the silence.

Welcome Letter Photo Publicity BostonAnd don’t be afraid to say “yes” when asked to be on a panel!   You have been chosen because of your expertise.  Don’t be afraid to share it. Plus, it can be a great way to share you and your company’s brand. Take a look at these great tips that Executive Coach Candy O’Terry has put together to help set you apart as a great communicator.   Candy is also a master interviewer and, if you haven’t yet tuned in to her weekly podcast series, The Story Behind Her Success, I invite you to do so.  Last week, she released the 66th episode of remarkable women’s stories that continue to inspire.

We feel blessed to continue to do this transformational work with our one-on-one clients, in corporate workshops, speaking engagements, and in supporting our community.  A few highlights so far this year; the Make-A-Wish Gala, Money Management Institute’s Women in Distribution Symposium, and Enterprise Florida.  We’re thrilled to have added several new organizations to our client roster, too.

When you make the time to improve your communication skills, and that of your team’s, you are making a true investment in your future.  We’d love to help you be proactive and jumpstart your professional development this year! Until next time, be well.

Liz
