A true tale that you never know where life’s path will take you, Liz is a former high school teacher and classically trained singer. She took her first job in television at a CBS affiliate in Illinois and worked her way up, eventually holding the number one news anchor position at the ABC affiliate in Boston. 

An award-winning journalist and communications expert, in 2013 Liz founded Brunner Communications, a communications coaching firm that assists clients in communicating  confidently and effectively, no matter the venue. In 2020, she launched the Brunner Academy of online learning, to provide high quality accessible public speaking training. 

Liz is also active with multiple philanthropic organizations including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Berkshire Hills Music Academy, and more.
